Careers

Do good work with people who care whether it's good.

We're a small, experienced team that builds websites, custom software and AI-powered solutions for businesses with real problems to solve. We value curiosity, independence and good judgment. You'll have room to do your best work, flexibility in how you do it, and people around you who care about getting it right.

The work

No two projects look the same.

One day you might be solving a complex ecommerce problem. The next, designing an application, connecting business systems or finding a practical way to use AI.

Our clients come to us when the standard solution isn’t good enough. That keeps the work interesting and gives you the opportunity to solve problems that actually matter.

How we Work

Flexibility comes with responsibility.

We’re a remote team, and we trust people to manage their time, communicate clearly and take ownership of their work.

AI is increasingly part of how we design, develop and solve problems. We use it extensively, but we don’t blindly trust what it produces. AI can make you faster. Experience and judgment make the work better.

You won’t be micromanaged here. You will be accountable.

Who Thrives Here

We care more about how you work than how your résumé reads.

The people who do well at NDIC tend to be curious, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out. They communicate well, ask questions when something doesn’t make sense and take pride in what they deliver.

We value people who:

  • Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
  • Enjoy solving unfamiliar problems
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and clients
  • Adapt as technology and tools change
  • Know when to ask for help
  • Care about the quality of the finished work

Technical skills matter. How you think, learn and work with others matters just as much.

Open Positions

Nothing open right now? We'd still like to hear from you.

Our hiring needs change as we grow. Current openings will be listed here, but we’re always interested in meeting talented people who might be a good fit for NDIC.

We’re especially interested in experienced developers, designers and other technology professionals who are comfortable working independently and excited about how AI is changing what small teams can accomplish.

Tell us about something you helped build.

A résumé tells us where you've worked. We'd also like to know what you've done. Tell us about a project you're proud of, the problem you were trying to solve, what you contributed and what you learned along the way. Introduce Yourself

"*" indicates required fields

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
Your name*
City and country is enough. We hire from anywhere, and the roles that work directly with clients sit in or near the Pacific time zone, so your time zone is worth telling us.
Availability*
The kind of work you want
Portfolio, GitHub, LinkedIn, anything you would like us to look at. More than one is fine, one per line.
Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, Max. file size: 10 MB.
Pick one thing and walk us through it. What was the problem, what turned out to be the difficult part, and what did you do about it. Tell us what your own part in it was. It does not have to be code, it does not have to be recent, impressive, or paid work, and it does not have to have gone well. We would rather read a few honest paragraphs about one real thing than a cover letter about all of them.

We keep your application and your resume on file so we can come back to it when a role opens, and both are deleted automatically after 18 months. If you would rather we removed yours sooner, write to [email protected] and we will.
