TwoRelate is a relationship and communication platform that helps individuals better understand their own communication style and improve how they interact with others. They came to us, because even if they had an existing platform, it needed significant improvements to support its long-term vision.
Understanding the Challenge
TwoRelate set out with an ambitious goal: to help people better understand themselves and each other through clearer, more effective communication. Their platform serves a diverse audience—from workplace teams and HR departments to families, couples, and educators—all united by a common need to reduce miscommunication and build stronger relationships.
When we first partnered with TwoRelate, they had already laid the groundwork for their vision. However, their existing platform was holding them back. It lacked the flexibility needed to evolve, the scalability required for growth, and the clarity necessary to communicate the product’s true value to users. Just as importantly, there was no cohesive marketing presence to guide new users into the experience.
Together, we approached this as more than a rebuild—it was an opportunity to realign the entire digital ecosystem with TwoRelate’s mission.
Rebuilding the Foundation for Scalable Growth
We began by reimagining the platform from the ground up, developing a custom solution in Laravel that could support long-term growth and ongoing innovation. This new foundation gave TwoRelate the flexibility to expand features, refine their offering, and adapt as their audience evolved.
At the same time, we worked closely with their team to simplify what is, at its core, a complex and nuanced product. By improving the user experience and restructuring key dashboards, we helped transform dense communication data into insights that feel clear, intuitive, and actionable. New features—including expanded reporting tiers and the ability to profile and understand others—deepened engagement and made the platform more valuable across all use cases.
A Unified Platform and Digital Presence
To support this enhanced product, we also designed and developed a new WordPress marketing site. This gave TwoRelate a clear, cohesive way to tell their story, articulate their value, and guide users seamlessly from first impression to active participation.
The result is a platform and digital presence that now work in harmony. TwoRelate has moved from a constrained system to a flexible, scalable solution that supports both their current needs and future ambitions. Their product is easier to understand, easier to use, and better aligned with the way they communicate its value to the world.

Looking ahead, they are preparing for the next phase of evolution.
