Content management systems (CMS) allow you to manage the content on your web site, enabling someone in your organization with little or no experience in web site development to make changes and perform updates. There are many different content management systems, including custom-built, commercial and open source (free). Custom-built content management systems have all but been replaced in recent years by commercial and open source options which are much more robust and feature rich.

Virtually all of our client sites are built on an extremely popular, stable and feature rich open source CMS called Joomla. Joomla is an accepted standard in the industry and is used by thousands of companies around the world, small and large, including MTV, IHOP and CitiBank. Joomla offers incredible value out of the box and because there is a large and diverse developer community, there are add-ons to Joomla for virtually any feature you might want, such as blogging, community forums and registration components. Finally, because it is open source we can customize the code for any purpose you might have.
